Here are a few more pictures. The outside is almost finished with just a few more details left. The ceilings have been textured with each room getting a different design around the lights and fans. The paint and trim are also almost complete. The hardwoods are in the house and the tile will be laid this week.

Stairs and Crawl Space
These framing guys are fast. They completed the first floor and are ready to frame the second floor in only two days! We were also very excited to see the stairs. We have included some pictures of the crawl space. It is nice because we wont have to be bent over while accessing the furnace.

Framing: First Story
The Framing was started on April 23rd. The pictures below show what was completed in one day. The first picture is the Outside front of the first story. The second, third, fourth, and fifth pictures show the dinning room, kitchen, breakfast area (vertical picture), and living room.
Our New Lot
Here are some pictures of our new lot. The lot is a 1/4 of an acre measuring 75' wide by 95' deep. We liked that nothing new would be built in front behind or on the left side of the house.
